Our Instructors are role models for students studying our AI for middle-senior professionals and managers program. They mentor students, assist with difficult concepts and assignments, and teach skills to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, ensuring all students benefit regardless of their background.

What you will do

Instructors are vital to students’ education because they:

1. Conduct online training sessions using scripts developed by instructional designers;
2. Mentor students during 1-1 video calls, addressing questions and supporting assignments;
3. Communicate via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
4. Host webinars and educational events for groups of students or participate in other meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience at the intersection of business and AI, including implementing AI, optimizing processes, or consulting;
• 3+ years of teaching/public speaking experience on professional topics;
• Proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals, project design, performance monitoring, business process integration, governance, implementation, and risk management;
• Understanding of AI team organization and operations.

Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

• Experience applying AI in sales, marketing, HR, decision-making, customer experience, or operational efficiency;
• Motivational design principles in education;
• Basic facilitation skills.
