We are looking for a Site Manager with solid Residential Contruction experience

Requirements

Proven experience as a seasoned residential Site Foreman / Manager or similar role in Construction

National Diploma / degree in Contruction Management

In depth understanding of constructions procedures, materials and project management principles

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

Good knowledge of MS Office essential. MS Projects advantageous

Own Vehicle essential

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations on the construction site

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they meet the contractual conditions

Manage and motivate site workers and maintain a positive labour relations environment

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Plan to prevent problems on site and resolve and emerging ones
