Job description

The purpose of this role is to support the OOH production lead and assist clients through providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end OOH production life cycle of a campaign.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and create chase lists and share with production manager timeously for final approval.
• Compile all approved site contracts and share with planner
• Compile and manage all printing and flighting orders and quotes.
• Loading and sharing the purchase orders from Navision with suppliers
• Chase and ensure creative material are received timeously
• Downloading and dispatching of artwork
• Ensure all creative material has been delivered to relevant partners
• Compile and share creative material delivery report with the production manager
• Chase layouts and test prints and get approval from manager
• Letting suppliers know once layouts are approved.
• Chase all vendors for flighted images and check creative is correct for static and digital sites
• Complete all site bibles and share with relevant planners
• Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
• Complete all dentsu mandatory training and HR check-ins timeously
• Ensure timesheets are up to date monthly
• Ensure KPI’s are met
