Job description

Our client based in Bryanston is looking for an HR Administrator to join their Human Capital Department.

Core responsibility includes, but is not limited to :

Payroll :

  • Ensure that all overtime, travel claims, any other deductions, etc. received by the payroll cut-off
  • Capture all payroll input
  • Ensure that overtime calculations are correct
  • Update and Maintain HR Reports :
  • Termination Reports
  • Recruitment Reports
  • IR Reports
  • Internship reports
  • Any other HR reports

Recruitment & Terminations :

  • Credit and Criminal Checks
  • Draft Offer Letters of appointment and employment contracts
  • Ensure that all documents for the recruitment pack are received and submitted to payroll timeously
  • Ensure all documents for terminations are received and processed accordingly

Other Duties :

  • Submit medical aid and provident fund applications and withdrawals
  • Maintain employee database
  • Filing and maintenance of employee personnel files
  • Continuous engagement with Payroll, Regional Forex Managers, Heads of department and Staff
  • Loans
  • Bursaries
  • Assist with information during Audits
  • Medical aid
  • Provident fund
  • Draft employment adverts
  • Assist and resolve daily staff queries and
  • Any other duties required from time to time
  • Compilation and submission of employment equity reports
  • Experience with BEE levels
  • CCMA / IR / ER

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR
  • Payroll experience is essential
  • Previous experience with regard to Employment Equity would be an advantage.
  • Must be Computer Literate (Outlook, word, excel)
