We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The incumbent will be required to have strong system integration experience with a focus on business skills and be responsible for consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Review business requirements to understand the business and stakeholder expectations.
2. Revise architectural documentation to understand the solution landscape within the technical architecture.
3. Write and review recommendations based on verified and validated requirements.
4. Write, review, and present solution documentation.
5. Implement continuous improvement strategies and best practices.
6. Write, review, and present epics, features, user stories, business processes, and process flows.
7. Write, review, and present project documentation including Functional Design Specification, Recommendation Documentation, Detail Design Documentation, API Documentation.

Strong modelling skills required with great attention to detail.

Good understanding of business capability / user journey, organizational goals, and product outcomes.

Analysis of SOAP and REST service specifications.

Creation of REST Swaggers.

Testing of developed solutions.

Knowledge of HP Quality Centre for defect management.

Professional conduct with clients and stakeholders.

Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

User and technical acceptance test design, execution, and validation.

Technical planning with development teams.

Strong communication skills.

Preferably a software development background.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modelling tools (draw.io, Enterprise Architecture, etc.).

Coordinate activities with development and other teams regarding interfaces.

Gather and analyze functional requirements to meet business expectations.

Conduct walkthroughs and monitor development progress.

Facilitate client walkthroughs and sign-offs to ensure requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least six years of relevant experience, including two or more years in Business Analysis or similar roles supporting full product lifecycles.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
