Job description

The Resource Planning team is supported by various support roles. On small client accounts, the Resource Planner is multi-skilled, while on larger accounts, the focus is on either tactical planning or scheduling. The team's goal is to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments and accounts, assisting the operational business in identifying issues, patterns, and opportunities related to performance and SLAs/KPIs.

Job Description:

As a Tactical Planning Analyst, you will manage the delivery of efficiency and effectiveness across relevant departments and accounts, helping the business identify and resolve issues, analyze performance data, and ensure optimal FTE utilization. The role emphasizes daily issue resolution using management information and insights to drive improvements and support operational excellence.

Key Performance Areas

Responsibilities include managing work queues, driving operational performance, resolving intraday issues, monitoring shift adherence, analyzing planning and performance metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting offshore teams, managing workload, providing updates, executing scheduling changes, and developing analysis to improve planning processes.

  • Participate in client workshops to provide feedback on customer journey improvements and service offerings.
Implementation of Guidance and Policy
  • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to; report safety incidents.

Minimum Experience
