Purpose of Position :

To ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems supporting core organizational functions.

Responsibilities :

1. Monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems.
2. Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maximize IT system investments.
3. Analyze system, server, application, network, and device performance.
4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating as needed.
5. Collaborate with network staff for reliable system operation.
6. Research emerging products and standards.
7. Perform tests and coordinate system modifications.
8. Implement and document system configurations and policies.
9. Deploy and manage hardware and security systems.
10. Design and perform audits, backups, and recovery procedures.
11. Maintain operational procedures and diagnostics.
12. Ensure system connectivity and data security.
13. Evaluate and recommend new system software.
14. Manage servers, including database, email, print, and backup servers.
15. Negotiate with vendors and service providers.
16. Manage user accounts, permissions, and storage.
17. Monitor system performance and prepare reports.

Requirements :

• Three-year Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications in Infrastructure Management, IT Security, and IT Service Management.
• 10-12 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, data management, project management, and technical skills.
• Knowledge of Containers, Active Directory, DFS, Terminal Servers, IIS, operations management software, file server migrations, network, server, and PC OS (Windows, MacOS, Linux), data privacy laws, security principles, LAN administration, protocols, standards, Cloud, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), scripting (PowerShell, Ansible), Citrix XenDesktop, and VDI.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and customer service orientation.
