Join our client as a Bank Branch Consultant

In this role, you'll promote and sell our client's comprehensive product range to clients.

Your responsibilities include developing new contacts and sales leads through internal campaigns and referrals, while maintaining high standards of responsibility and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Focus: Achieve and exceed customer growth, revenue, and collection targets. Meet activity metrics across all product lines. Execute sales strategies focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and capital take-up. Engage proactively with customers via calls and visits. Convert inquiries and leads into sales. Maintain customer relationships to generate new business. Manage your sales pipeline with accurate tracking. Conduct financial needs analyses and follow up accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports regularly. Handle cash, CAM, and credit card tasks as needed.
  2. Marketing Focus: Stay informed about products, services, and market trends. Identify referral opportunities within the branch. Support marketing and community initiatives. Ensure compliance with marketing policies.
  3. Risk & Compliance: Ensure deal quality by accurately completing applications. Follow all regulatory and bank policies. Report incidents of fraud or breaches. Maintain a zero-defect approach in deal quality and financial documentation.
  4. Customer Service: Uphold the bank's customer service standards and TCF principles. Take ownership of application quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate to enhance customer engagement.
  5. Training & Development: Participate in ongoing sales and service training. Engage in personal development to add value to customers.
  6. Operational Activities: Comply with branch security, safety, and operational procedures. Perform administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
