This position will require leading the strategic development and delivery of the Institution's programmes, which include employability and business start-up support activities, with responsibility for career coaching, advice and guidance, student and graduate work experience, student enterprise, skills training, business incubation, and support.
Main Job Function
Take the lead in coordinating and developing employability projects and collaborations between key partners (internal and external), with a view to impacting employability objectives. The candidate will be required to provide strategic vision into the employability agenda.
Qualifications
Master’s qualification, preferably with a focus on Employability, Career Placement/Development, and Services. A PhD will be an added recommendation.
Experience/Criteria
At least 4+ years of relevant experience, plus experience managing a team.
Salary
R25 – R30 000 pm
