Purpose of the Job : To support and ensure that all drivers are properly trained, follow road regulations, and adhere to the company's procedures.

Assist with tracking all company vehicles at all times.

Job Objectives :

• Direct drivers daily to the correct client premises for deliveries.
• Ensure maps with accurate directions are provided to drivers when they report to the office.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are serviced within the scheduled intervals.
• Maintain high service standards among staff under your supervision.
• Maximize vehicle utilization, plan loads, routes, and manage fuel efficiently.

Qualifications : Grade 12 qualification

Experience : 3-4 years in the logistics or transportation industry, with experience in route planning and managing collections and deliveries.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Essential: Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Trackmatic and Mixtelematics systems.
