Experience and Expertise :
- Proven track record as a CEO / MD or in a senior executive role in the retail industry, with strong operational and commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics, including store operations, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, and consumer behaviour.
- Demonstrated success in scaling retail businesses, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :
Minimum 10+ years of senior management experience in the retail industry, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent role.
