Our client is looking for a dynamic Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join their dealership and lead their pre-owned vehicle sales division to new heights!
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the pre-owned sales team to exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
Monitor stock levels and manage vehicle inventory efficiently.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to maintain a high-performance team.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant industry regulations.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements :
3+ years of experience in a Pre-Owned Sales Management role within a dealership.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
Strong knowledge of the used car market and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
Valid driver's license and clear criminal record.
