Duties & Responsibilities
Contract and Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of contact between client representatives, TSS representatives, and service delivery teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and contractual obligations are understood and met.
Manage service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and scope, ensuring performance standards are maintained.
Delivery Oversight and Coordination
Oversee service delivery across the contract at multiple sites.
Coordinate activities to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies with operational teams.
Commercial Performance and Profitability
Monitor financial performance focusing on cost control, efficiency, and ROI.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
Ensure accurate billing, procurement, and profitability tracking.
Reporting and Communication
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, issues, and outcomes.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and logs.
Conduct meetings and reviews with internal and client teams.
Skills and Competencies
Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience managing complex guarding contracts.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Commercial acumen with ability to influence financial outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Advantageous :
Experience with national guarding contracts.
Experience managing multi-site guarding environments.
Background working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12
PSIRA Grade A
Security Management tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Proven experience as a security manager
Experience with relevant technology (e.g., CCTV)
Reporting and emergency response planning experience
