Job description

What you will be doing:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, including creating annual marketing plans and budgets with performance tracking.
  2. Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling value propositions and create marketing materials such as sales collateral.
  3. Lead marketing initiatives and collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and business alignment.
  4. Direct all digital marketing efforts, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy, while analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  5. Contribute to creating engaging marketing content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives in collaboration with the Content Creation team.
  6. Produce actionable insights from marketing analytics to guide strategic decisions and stay informed about industry developments.
  7. Support Sales Outbound activities.
  8. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
  9. Contribute to successful product launches and gather customer feedback for improvements.

What you bring:

  1. 6+ years of experience.
  2. Strong background in B2B Marketing / Sales enablement.
  3. Experience setting up digital marketing funnels, including website, GTM, and lead generation tools.
  4. Understanding of complex, scientific, or data-related topics and the ability to communicate them to a broader audience.
