REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to work with people
  • The ability to make decisions and effective implement management decisions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage personnel requirements within teams
  • Manage system updates
  • Management of Personnel issues with HR
  • Manage practice setups and maintaining thereof
  • Report to Company Directors
  • Liaise with Medical Practice on various issues
  • Ad hoc as required from direct reporting line

SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE DUTIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for employees reporting in medical department.
  • Ensuring personnel availability through leave policies and procedures.
  • Do productivity review for employees and assist them in achieving goals.
  • Ensure proper training for all employees.
  • Final checks for reporting.
  • Engaging clients.
  • Engage with providers on various matters and other related issues and ensure that those get addressed and implemented. (Assist with process towards hand over of accounts)
  • Implement and address complaint procedures / CMS matters and other related queries.
  • Oversee billing and tariff enquiries with coding specialist.
  • Provide PRO with detailed summary regarding hand over matters to be discussed with the provider/s.
  • Assisting personnel with difficult and/or complicated patient enquiries and/or complaints.
  • Obtaining and distributing of provider account statements for reconciliation.
  • Compiling of reports as and when required by the practices
  • Monthly feedback to practices / Management with regards to practice statistics
  • Attend hearings on personnel matters and processes
