What this job can offer:

Sales helps our prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. Sales is responsible for responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. What you bring:
  • Proven success in business development using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Skilled in negotiation, persuasive selling of ideas
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent listening, positive phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking, positive attitude despite criticism or rejection
  • Strong sense of urgency, proactive, innovative
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Success in key responsibilities listed below
  • Fluency in English AND native Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish/Danish
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new prospects and schedule appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions, assess prospect needs
  • Support Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects for sales hand-off
  • Create prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects from various sources
  • Identify key decision-makers, research, and present solutions

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Rewards ensure fair, unbiased compensation and benefits worldwide. We pay above local rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth in developing countries. Our salary bands are broad, considering geographic pay differentials, to remain competitive globally.

The On-Target Earnings for this role range from $31,500 to $70,950 USD, with a base salary constituting 70%. Actual pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market factors. Salary ranges may change.
