Job Purpose

Manage and monitor all inbound, stock management, and outbound administrative functions related to the Distribution Centre. This includes preparing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all warehouse activities, maintaining and reconciling stock with the ERP system to ensure seamless and accurate throughput and distribution of products within the Distribution Centre and Supply Chain.

Accountabilities

1. Manage and optimize space utilization to ensure efficiency and longevity of the Supply Chain functions.
2. Oversee all inbound and outbound activities, including purchase orders, batch creation, documentation, and lot release, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
3. Manage stock replenishment, resource allocation for projects, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards within the Supply Chain.
4. Handle stock clearing, storage, destruction, assist in capacity planning, and ensure optimal utilization of warehouse facilities.
5. Address customer queries effectively.
6. Maintain housekeeping and manage invoicing processes.
7. Oversee stock rework processes.
8. Manage Cold Chain logistics, including DSV.
9. Coordinate with internal and third-party logistics providers.
10. Operate within FMCG sector standards.

Educational Qualifications

• National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a distribution centre environment.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
