Role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR strategies within a dynamic, global environment? We're seeking an innovative Global HR Business Manager to lead the charge in identifying, developing, and executing impactful HR initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to drive alignment and engagement, ensuring our workforce is equipped for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively drive the identification, development and execution of HR Roadmap topics, programs and initiatives for all relevant organizational units within the defined area of responsibility focusing on involvement and alignment across all HR functions (incl. ideation, alignment, implementation and follow-up).
  • Ensure the proactive and structured processing of ad-hoc issues as well as strategic topics (e.g. retention, succession planning, skill development, capacity planning) and global HR standard processes.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of data, KPIs, reports and documents to support alignment between and/or decision making by HR and business leaders.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns and drive the creation, implementation and evaluation of resulting action plans (e.g. motivation, turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulations).
  • Drive the identification, conception and implementation of key performance metrics in constant & strong collaboration with other HR and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain global, trust-based relationships and networks of collaboration across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide the HR colleagues and the business through complex global HR challenges and create high impact through effective communication and HR skills.
  • Bundle the Tower’s HR topics across countries and keep close contact with the respective local HRs as well as the central HR departments to develop creative and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving HR initiatives and projects within an international business setting.
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.
  • High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.
  • Previous relative work experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting, or equivalent
