Role overview

Our client is establishing a new team within the Group Delivery Back Office in South Africa to assist with scheduling various resources, such as IT Consultants, Project Managers, and Engineers for their customers.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
  • Workplace: Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)
  • UK/US Shift hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: Cape Town, Bellville office

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications; experience with ticketing tools is a plus
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload and coordinate others'
  • Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer service
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Attention to data accuracy and ability to generate reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and relationship-building abilities at all levels
Responsibilities
