Recruitment Operations Coordinator
Job description
Looking for an energetic & dynamic person to fill a role with a broad scope of responsibilities.
Basic Salary + an opportunity to earn Commission on placements & new clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruitment industry experience required.
- Basic HR / IR experience required.
- Own transport & valid driver's license.
- Clear criminal record.
- English & Afrikaans speaking - to serve client base effectively.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Coordinate site operations - TES Employees.
- Document serving, handling, processing: Recruitment & Termination.
- Document prepping, serving, handling, processing: Basic HR / IR.
- Resolving Client & TES Employee queries/issues.
- Site visits.
- Ensuring a smooth operation all around.
- Other duties as required.
SKILLS:
- Well spoken & presentable.
- Able to work without constant supervision - prioritize tasks/vacancies and follow through to completion.
- Able to manage own diary - initial process as well as follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
MS Office with Excel & Word as the focus:
- Placement Partner & SharePoint experience beneficial.
- Able to work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Able to work well within a team and alone.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Recruitment - permanent placements & TES blue-collar placements.
