Job description

Development and Maintenance

Responsible for the development and maintenance of platform/application systems.

System Solution Review

Review and present proposed system solutions to the IT Project Manager/Leader and System Owner.

Development and Documentation

Develop system solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements. Prepare system/technical documentation according to ISO standards.

Team Collaboration and Support

Participate in daily stand-ups. Coach and train colleagues and users as required. Assist with training and compile user and operational manuals.

System Audits and Operational Support

Conduct system audits. Provide operational support, including after-hours standby.

Technical Understanding and Coordination

Understand integration between different technologies. Coordinate between development and support environments. Assist with business case development.

Planning and Requirements Management

Plan and monitor projects. Translate and simplify requirements. Gather, analyze, manage, and communicate requirements. Document requirements appropriately based on the methodology followed. Assist with risk identification and management.
