Inspired is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across a network of schools in South Africa.

Working closely with the HR Director, school leaders, and management teams, the HR Manager will drive the strategic HR agenda to support the growth and development of our educational institutions.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to over [number] employees within our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities to ensure the acquisition of top talent
2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
3. Managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on complex HR matters
