The main purpose of this job is to ensure that returned faulty stock is repaired efficiently and effectively to meet SLA requirements set by the vendor and Rectron, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
Outputs and Responsibilities
- Repair / quote faulty products or equipment accurately and promptly.
- Inform the customer of any additional costs or requirements needed to fully repair the unit, including recommendations for add-on products.
- Meet all vendor KPIs & SLA requirements daily.
- Ensure effective customer communication.
- Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all work completed.
- Escalate problematic issues to the Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as specified by your line manager.
- Maintain general admin and housekeeping standards.
Education / Qualification
- Matric
- Relevant technical certification and/or training (mobile & electronic)
- 3-5 years repairing experience within a workshop environment
