A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a transport payments controller to manage payment processes and oversee the Data Capturing team. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping and at least 5 years of experience, emphasizing strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: The transport payments controller is responsible for the administration and processing of transport evidence/submissions to facilitate payments for transporters.
This role serves as the primary contact for transport payment-related queries for Zarbon Coal – the logistics business. The role involves coordinating all transport payment activities under the supervision of the Commercial Accountant, following established procedures. The responsibilities are divided into six key areas:
Minimum Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping, at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, professionalism, understanding of digital communications, ability to work independently and in teams, meeting deadlines, being organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
