Job Description

This position requires a candidate who is computer literate (MS Office) and meets the following requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma / equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience and a proven successful track record in recruitment sales, including Perm and Temporary Employment Services (TES), both White and Blue-Collar
  • At least 6 years’ experience in a management role responsible for running a profitable business / budget management
  • Previous experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and good knowledge of IR Procedures
  • Experience in managing complete Executive Search assignments from presentation to delivery
  • Proven success in high volume sales solutions and account management in TES and Perm sectors
  • Experience in branch / operations management and new business development
  • Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), BCEA, Bargaining Councils, Sectoral Determinations, and the TES industry
  • Financial acumen and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate strategic sales and operational planning and execution
  2. Manage branch candidates, clients, and employees
  3. Ensure effective site operations and customer service
  4. Present at board level to secure contracts and SLAs
  5. Monitor and evaluate strategic planning, focusing on gross profit and performance
  6. Oversee operational efficiencies and service delivery
  7. Develop existing client relationships and services
  8. Manage end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring they are well defined and standardized
  9. Maintain effective client site operations
  10. Network and collaborate with stakeholders
  11. Manage and achieve branch budgets and profits
  12. Lead a high-performance team with clear KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
  13. Drive business development and marketing efforts
  14. Ensure quality assurance and compliance
  15. Manage administration, finance, and reporting
  16. Research clients prior to sourcing skills and build a strong skills database
  17. Advertise jobs and source candidates, conducting competency-based interviews
  18. Verify candidate information and conduct necessary background checks
  19. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure process compliance
  20. Generate sales leads and coordinate interviews as per client requests

Working Hours
