Job Description

The Food Services Manager will oversee daily operations of the food services establishment, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include:

  1. Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  2. Balance cash and complete financial reports and forms.
  3. Conduct performance reviews of staff.
  4. Cost products and services.
  5. Organize and maintain inventory.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers and clients.
  7. Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  8. Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision

Supervise 11-15 staff members.

Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency with accounting software, MS Office suite, electronic cash registers, POS systems, and spreadsheets.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and work overtime as required.
