An established company in the asset finance industry is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and grow sales of returned stock through direct, digital, and rental channels. This role is ideal for a strong relationship builder with solid sales instincts, a commercial mindset, and a passion for driving performance through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maximise sales and meeting profitability targets.
  • Manage and optimise available sales stock across relevant channels.
  • Grow and maintain a network of clients across diverse industry segments.
  • Drive online customer acquisition and increase digital platform sales.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships to increase sales throughput.
  • Develop marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance product visibility.
  • Coordinate unit deliveries and maintain communication with customers.
  • Implement effective sales management practices to drive targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Matric is required; a diploma or degree in a commercial or asset management field is an advantage.

  • Intermediate understanding of finance principles and cost / value analysis.
  • High attention to detail, with strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to spot and act on market opportunities.
  • Experience in the equipment resale, rental, or financial services environment is highly desirable.
