We’re looking for a dynamic Academic Administrative Coordinator to join our School of Education (SoE) team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead our administrative team, streamline academic processes and ensure an exceptional experience for both students and faculty.
With the School of Education set to expand its programme offerings in 2026, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about being part of a growing, purpose-driven academic community.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative operations
Lead and support the SoE administrative team
Assist with student enrolment, assessments and academic record-keeping
Support lecturer onboarding and communication with adjunct staff
Ensure quality and compliance with CHE, DHE, and MRTEQ standards
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Business, or related field
Experience in academic coordination or admin in higher education
Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change based on operational needs).
