Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive engagement based on knowledge of health and supplements.
  • Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
  • Drive healthcare sales in line with targets by promoting a broad range of brands through cross-selling and upselling to increase profitability.
  • Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures to drive sales.
  • Prevent wastage by following stock rotation principles.
  • Prevent stock losses by following all risk management policies.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the store to create an appealing shopping environment.
  • Implement product merchandising according to guidelines and procedures.
  • Adhere to all store standard operating procedures.
  • Focus on personal development and product knowledge to ensure service continuity and share information with relief staff.

Knowledge:

  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
  • Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.
