What You’ll Be Doing

As a Resolutions Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and resolving client complaints efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Complaint Acknowledgement: Acknowledge all complaints received internally or via email within 48 hours.
  2. Case Management: Accurately capture and update complaint records on the internal register and Iris system through to final resolution.
  3. Client Liaison: Conduct investigations and keep clients informed with updates every 4 days.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Escalate potential overturns and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
  5. Formal Correspondence: Draft and issue formal written responses post-resolution.
  6. Closure Reporting: Compile thorough closure reports outlining the outcome and justification.
  7. Timely Delivery: Strive to resolve cases within 7 days, with communication in place for any delays.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Educational Background: Studying towards an LLB or completed an undergraduate legal qualification.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the legal or complaint resolution field is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and case management tracking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with high attention to detail.
