Online Interior Designer (Remote - Freelance/Project-Based)

We're hiring an Online Interior Designer for remote, project-based work. Budget is competitive; platform used is Programma.com; timeline to be specified in your application.

Are you passionate about interior design, detail-oriented, and skilled at sourcing the perfect pieces online? We seek someone who can blend style and functionality to transform residential spaces into cohesive and elegant sanctuaries — remotely!

Role Overview

You will collaborate closely with the founder to:

• Source furniture, lighting, accessories, and materials online according to style, budget, and specifications.
• Upload selections to Programma.com with detailed specifications and product links.
• Create Mood/Style Boards and Specification Boards.
• Curate interiors combining custom carpentry, lighting, paint treatments, and decor into a unified design.

Interior Finishes – Carpentry, Paint & Lighting

• Floating bathroom cabinets, baseboards, stair tops, wardrobe setups.
• Window seat upholstery, curtain rails, TV furniture, walk-in closets, entrance shelving.
• Decorative lighting sets per room (entrance, bedrooms, outdoor).
• Paint and touch-up work (furniture, pots, feature walls).

Interior Decoration by Area

Each space requires curated product suggestions and design input, including:

• Entrance: Oversized canvas, entrance rug, textured pots.
• Living Room: Rug, cushions, repurposed coffee table, wall art, decorative pots.
• Bedrooms (Guest, Master, Parents' Veranda): Bedding, side tables, lighting, Etsy art, mirrors, curtains.

Skills & Tools Needed

• Fluency in Programma.com or willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of style, color, and space coordination.
• Ability to work within budget, prioritizing must-haves over nice-to-haves.
• Reliable communication via WhatsApp and project management through Trello.
