Casidra currently seeks to recruit a Project Manager to assist the existing team to plan, design, facilitate and implement projects for beneficiaries through government and private sector funding, by applying technical knowledge and skills through effective project management.
The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager: Environment Sustainability.
Key Performance Areas Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Analyze site conditions
- Quantity survey and costing
- Continuous quality control of projects
- Draft payment certificates
- Administration and record-keeping
- Identify, assess, report and manage risks
- Enforce the Occupational Health and Safety on all projects
- Procurement
- Cash flow management
- Compilation of reports (Quarterly reports and completion reports)
Job Requirements
- At least an NQF 6 National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Project Management qualification would be advantageous
- At least 5 years practical work experience in a civil construction environment
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, budgeting, procurement and report writing
- ECSA registration

Remuneration
R 528 792.00 to
R 539 526.00 (TCOE) per annum – The total cost of the remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
Contract Duration
Two (2) year fixed – term contract, with the potential of extension subject to performance and organizational requirements
