A well-established company is currently recruiting for an Operations / Project Analyst in the Kempton Park area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing business blueprints, developing and implementing optimized processes, and reporting on them.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
2. Certification in project management.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
4. Knowledge of business process modeling and blueprinting techniques.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
6. Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
