Job Description:

Within this role, you will provide key support in the bid and opportunity capture process, including sourcing opportunities, portal management, and data entry to our CRM. You will also undertake a diverse range of tasks, including managing online portals, assisting in report preparation on bidding activity, and providing administrative support to bid teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring emails and portals for new opportunities, updates, and communications.
  • Distributing relevant tenders and queries to appropriate team members.
  • Logging into procurement portals to check for new tenders, updates, and submission deadlines.
  • Tracking clarification deadlines and submitting queries to the customer.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks related to tendering and procurement.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Providing general administrative support to the bid coordinator and finance teams.
Person Specification & Experience:

You should have the ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple projects concurrently, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Previous experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, along with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, is essential.

Experience using tender portals and CRM databases such as CMAP would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is desirable.
