Make It Uniquely Yours. Under close supervision, you will classify, examine, and analyze accounting records, prepare financial reports and statements, and perform special projects as assigned.
You will also support other accounting and external reporting activities.
How you will contribute
- Support accounting and external reporting activities, including accurate and timely U.S. GAAP reporting, statutory financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, KPIs, fixed assets, restructuring, and intercompany charges.
- Support activities performed by Mondelez International Business Services or third-party service providers during month/quarter/year-end close, statistical reporting, and statutory audits.
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment by adhering to Mondelez International's AER policies.
- Support audit activities and provide information upon request from auditors.
- Perform special projects and analyses as needed.
- Embrace continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance processes in your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to a high-performing Accounting and External Reporting team and invest in your personal development.
What you will bring

- Experience and knowledge in accounting and external reporting, including U.S. GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP, as well as close processes and financial systems (SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of policy, controls, and compliance design, including SOX reporting.
- Business acumen and experience in FMCG/CPG industry or Big Four accounting is preferred.
- Leadership skills, including strong communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial systems.

Education / Certifications
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Job specific requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting and controlling, with at least 12 months in a similar role.
- FMCG experience is advantageous.
- SAP experience preferred.
