Job Description:

• Carry out inspections, investigations, and enforce regulations related to the Client’s Property Licensing Schemes, including HHSRS inspections, Mandatory Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), Additional HMOs, Section 257 HMOs, and Selective Licences properties. This may involve short-notice inspections.
• Monitor and regulate schedules of works issued for deficient or unsatisfactory properties, including those by other officers, ensuring landlords or licence holders complete works on time and to a safe, acceptable standard.
