Key Responsibilities of the Server/Waiter/Waitress:

1. Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
2. Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.
3. Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner.
4. Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
5. Collaborate with immediate report to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company's culture and values.
7. Ensure adherence to legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements of the Server/Waiter/Waitress:

1. Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
2. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
3. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for hospitality.
4. Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.
5. Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
6. Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
7. Strong communication skills.
