Job Duties :
  1. Identify and qualify potential new accounts daily as per sales team's weekly goal.
  2. Develop sales relationships with new accounts via email, cold call, and in-person visits.
  3. This is a self-employed independent contractor position, compensating 5% commission from contractors' sales.
  4. Update accounts with any new product(s) as they are released.
  5. Educate accounts on products through provided marketing materials and in-store training.
  6. Distribute marketing collateral throughout the defined territory.
  7. Update CRM with client interactions, needs, and sales orders.
  8. Manage and build brand awareness with current and new accounts.
  9. Attend internal sales calls.
  10. Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for company growth.
  11. Work closely with Sales Management to plan, develop, and implement sales strategies to meet personal and company goals.
  12. Follow all state, local, and company rules and regulations.
Minimum Job Qualifications :
  • Ethical conduct
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Initiative, engaging, persuasive, and outgoing
  • Time management skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
