Candidates with a B.Sc in Stats, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science will also be considered.

Responsibilities

3. Operational reporting and performance evaluation
4. Systems and process review
5. Audit and documentation of findings
6. Propose and implement optimizations and embed a value-driven change management framework
7. Perform ad-hoc requests across operational areas

The individual will be exposed to various functions within the business, including:

• Marketing: Lead acquisition, analysis, and digital performance management
• Risk: Cohort segmentation, resource allocation, and evaluation of lost clients
• Sales, Productivity, and Resource Utilization
• Data segmentation, evaluation, collections, and retentions
• Review of systems and processes to improve retention and identify core issues
• Risk management framework development
• Claims: Data and correlation modelling, process optimization
• Cost allocation and review
• Client correspondence and regulatory compliance
• IT, Data Science, and System Development: Resource management and project prioritization
• Finance: Cost centre management and budget monitoring
• Client Service: Engagement improvement, communication review, and portal enhancements
