Note : This position can be based at our Johannesburg or Cape Town offices.

Your mission : The Business Analyst - CRM will drive user adoption of MS Dynamics and support CRM users across the META-CWA region through follow-up and resolution of cases and queries.

They will assess relevant business needs and leverage the CRM platform to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Epson sales teams.

Please note that this is not a systems developer role.

What you will do :

  1. Provide technical and functional support to CRM users by managing requests and resolving helpdesk issues.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical / functional specifications for the business or IT developers.
  3. Identify the best solutions within the CRM platforms based on business analysis and best practices.
  4. Troubleshoot issues as needed, assess, and test cases.
  5. Coordinate with system developers to ensure quality, timely project progression, and adherence to specifications.
  6. Analyze sales data in Excel to identify errors and ensure accuracy.
  7. Support IT occasionally in configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on specifications.

What we ask for :

  1. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
  3. Strong numeracy, attention to detail, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot, and understand relational databases.
  6. Experience in translating business requirements, identifying issues, and developing solutions, preferably with full project lifecycle involvement.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet targets.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), PowerPoint, and Process Diagram tools.
  9. Power BI development skills are an advantage.
