  5. Plan, analyze, and report data to formulate revenue strategies.
  6. Develop proactive and reactive sales gap plans (e.g., planning ahead or responding to competitors).
  7. Suggest future-ready plans and innovative strategies.
  8. Recommend new technologies, working methods, and sales management initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
  9. Identify ways to enhance overall customer experience.
  10. Assist with engagement strategies by focusing on client interactions, hosting, and relationship building.
  11. Strategize around new business development, retention, and bespoke loyalty platforms.
  12. Manage projects effectively.
  13. Support operating model transformation initiatives.
  14. Promote cross-vertical selling and implement a unified 'One-Vodacom' strategy.
  15. Manage regional sales heads and drive sales and revenue growth.
  16. Oversee public sector engagements to increase new business opportunities.
  17. Explore IoT vertical and product sets to enhance offerings and streamline processes.
  18. Analyze market trends to improve business strategies.
  19. Monitor competition and implement quick solutions to address threats.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
