Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Head of Global Business Applications, you will develop and implement modern work strategies, collaborating across functions to enhance the Employee Experience through proficient use of Microsoft applications, including MS Office, Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, and Power Apps.

You will leverage MS Office Applications, Next Generation Windows Experiences, and Co-Pilot to deepen modern worker end-to-end expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of MS Applications including Office, Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, Power Apps, Co-Pilot.
• Familiarity with Next Generation Windows Experiences and Mac OS.
• Good knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
• Microsoft accredited certification is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven, high-volume business environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
