About the role

This position involves performing moderately difficult research, design, and software development within a specific software area or product line.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently on tasks, solve problems, and design program flows, coding effectively and conducting unit tests.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with technical team members to finalize requirements.
  • Write and review detailed specifications for system components of moderate complexity.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.
  • Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews.
  • Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on new technology developments and complete bug fixes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation languages.
  • Experience in development languages including Python, NLP.
  • Ability to write and review detailed specifications for system components.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of test-driven development.

Nice to have skills: AWS, pandas, TensorFlow, ElasticSearch.
