Requirements:

• BEng (Mechanical/ Electrical) + ECSA Professional Registration + GCC (Mechanical/ Electrical)
• 3-5 years in heavy industry (mining/smelters/paper mills) + 2 years as Engineering Manager post-GCC
• Exposure to FMCG, root cause analysis, and project evaluation
• Strong EXCO-level influence, risk management, and multi-site leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), CMMS, and 5S methodologies
• Ensure legal compliance (OHS Act, GCC Mechanical/Electrical)
• Manage capital projects, risk mitigation, and SHEQ standards
• Optimize maintenance strategies for heavy machinery (mining/smelting experience advantageous)
• Lead multi-site engineering teams with a focus on cost control and efficiency
