About us

ONRENT is a property financial technology company that simplifies rental income collection for landlords through automated debit order systems. We partner with estate agents and property professionals to ensure landlords receive rent on time, every time. Our mission is to remove the stress of late payments and empower landlords with reliable and efficient tools.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Client Onboarding Assistant to support our business development and customer acquisition initiatives. The role involves sourcing leads, contacting estate agents, and onboarding landlords to our platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident on the phone, and able to work independently.

As a Sales & Client Onboarding Assistant, you will:

  • Source and manage potential leads (estate agents and landlords)
  • Reach out to estate agents via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Onboard estate agents to the ONRENT partner program
  • Follow up regularly with existing agent contacts to drive referrals
  • Assist with onboarding landlords onto the ONRENT platform
  • Maintain a daily progress report with activities and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of leads and conversions
  • Support with basic administrative tasks related to client onboarding

A qualified candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Access to reliable internet connection (work from home)

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience working in the property, rental, or real estate industry
  • A friendly, persuasive phone manner
  • Confidence in presenting a product or service
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
