An opportunity has arisen for a General Worker Team Leader to assist in supervising the General Workers and Checkers onsite. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Instruct team members clearly regarding expectations
2. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping proactively
3. Organize staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time
4. Report hazards and injuries to the appropriate manager
5. Assist the line manager with daily operational tasks
6. Lead the team in the absence of the line manager
7. Ensure all tasks and documentation are completed per shift
8. Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
9. Experience: Up to 3 years
10. Ability to motivate the team and direct workflow
11. Must have own reliable transport
