We are looking for business and technology consultants with deep experience and a passion for leading the delivery of client-focused engagements to join our collaborative, engaged, and passionate Delivery Management team.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To be accountable for end-to-end Delivery Management, from concept to benefits realization, by leading multi-skilled BSG teams of varying sizes through a collaborative and delivery-focused approach. BSG teams span capabilities such as Strategy, Data Science, Technology, and Analysis & Design.
Deliver strategic change through complex Project Portfolios and Programmes, providing insights and pragmatism within our clients' Customer/Business interface and Core Operating Platforms. Leverage international benchmarks fused with the local context to deliver benefits beyond the reach of ordinary efforts in partnership with our clients' delivery teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant Tertiary Degree: e.g., BBusSci, Bcom Information Systems/Informatics (Honours), or BSc Eng, BEng
- Certifications: e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, and/or Agile training (e.g., SCRUM or equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in business or technology management consulting
- 3+ years dedicated to Project Portfolio & Programme Management
- Experience delivering Transform initiatives
- Experience with Grow initiatives
- Knowledge of multi-channel digital technologies (including cloud-based)
- Experience with complex core operating platform technologies
- Leadership of multi-disciplined/skilled delivery teams
- Executive-level stakeholder management
