Position: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: 16,500 Rand per month

As a Business Support Consultant, you will support the recruitment team by linking compliance with recruitment requirements. Your main responsibilities include communicating with recruitment consultants, working with the compliance coordinator to obtain key documents, assessing candidates, placing adverts, and managing information for consultants and clients. You will also liaise regularly with the recruitment desk, compliance team, and internal stakeholders.

Every Day You Will

• Keep internal teams, candidates, and clients informed about compliance requirements to improve awareness and reduce delays.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with candidates about opportunities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and increasing successful placements.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail when preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
