The client is a leading provider of cloud solutions to Investment firms. Purpose of role:

The purpose of the Data Integrity & Onboarding Specialist to support internal teams in ensuring data consistency, onboarding new clients, and configuring client-specific system settings. This role does not involve direct client communication but plays a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and smooth system operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gap Data Analysis

  • Review and compare client-provided data against internal data requirements to ensure alignment. Identify discrepancies and document issues for further analysis.

Client Documentation Management

  • Construct and maintain internal documentation related to client onboarding, scope definition, and system setup.

User Setup in Client Systems

  • Manage and configure user accounts in our proprietary software for new and existing clients.

Website Configuration

  • Adjust system settings to enable required alerts, configure amendment handling, and define asset classes as per internal specifications. This primarily involves selecting appropriate options (e.g., enabling/disabling features) rather than technical development.

Basic Model Setup & Parameter Configuration

  • Assist in setting up models and parameters to align with client requirements and internal guidelines.

Data Loading & Processing

  • Support data import tasks and ensure data is formatted correctly before processing.

Internal Data Analysis Support

  • Utilise in-house tools to identify data inconsistencies and errors, documenting findings for analysts to communicate with clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data sets.
  • Basic understanding of data structures and file formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).
  • Exposure to documentation skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records.
  • Good general computer skills; willingness to learn to navigate and configure software applications.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines to ensure consistency in system configurations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in data integrity, compliance support, or onboarding role.
  • Exposure to financial services, regulatory technology, or compliance environments.
