Job Opportunity: Compliance Manager at FNB

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and support business cases for solutions, products, and enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
  2. Identify process improvements to reduce costs and prevent wastage.
  3. Develop collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FRG.
  4. Assess performance, seek feedback, and pursue training for continuous improvement.
  5. Apply innovative solutions for organizational enhancements.
  6. Ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and process standards.
  7. Compile reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
  8. Build cross-team relationships to enhance collaboration and innovation.
  9. Deliver excellent customer service standards.
  10. Coordinate end-to-end implementation of solutions.
  11. Analyze data to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar.
  • 3-5 years' experience, with 1-2 years at a junior specialist level.
  • Knowledge of solution viability, business process re-engineering, project management, and system testing.
  • Experience in documenting projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Visio and Firstmap.
